Eat vegetable steam or half-boiled – many people melt the whole while cooking vegetables. But that should not be done. This reduces the nutrients present in the vegetables. Again playing raw can harm the body. So do not cook any vegetables too much or leave them raw. You can eat it by steam or half-boiled.

Use raw spices in dry frying and batter. Especially in the winter and rainy seasons, you can fry ginger on a plate.

Do not eat flour

Wheat contains fiber. Most of the fiber is in wheat bran. So never eat flour. Flour with husk is good for health.
