1) Whole grain – oats, corn flakes without sugar

2) Fruit salad and vegetables
Fresh vegetables and salads are very beneficial for our body. This is because such foods are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber which control appetite for a long time.
3) High protein foods
Foods that are high in protein are extremely beneficial for our body. Such foods include eggs, pulses, chicken without fat, etc. Eating these foods for breakfast will reduce the appetite throughout the day and as a result you will have to consume less calories.
4) Almond national food
Different types of nuts like nuts, peanuts, pistachios, cashew nuts etc. contain natural fats which are very beneficial for our skin and hair. At the same time, this type of food helps to shed the accumulated fat in the body.
5) Lemon-honey drink
Waking up in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water (normal or warm) mixed with lemon juice and honey burns excess body fat, especially to reduce the accumulation of fat in the abdomen, this drink is very useful. However, in this case, it should be noted that eating lemon on an empty stomach causes gastric problems in many people. So you need to notice if your body is simply accepting it. If any physical problem occurs as a result of eating this drink, then eating should be stopped immediately.
6) Green tea
Green tea helps to keep our body and mind fresh and free from fatigue. Green tea activates the fat burning hormone in our body so that the excess body fat starts to decrease easily.
In addition to eating the above foods, some foods should be omitted and some habits should be changed. E.g.-
1. Eating sugary foods, packaged juices should be avoided.
2. Different types of canned food should be excluded. This is because canned and processed foods contain a lot of cholesterol and carbohydrates which accumulate a lot of fat in the body.
3. Eating frozen foods, fried foods and fast food should be avoided altogether.
4. Always drink water before meals and make it a habit to drink at least 2-2.5 liters of water daily.
5. Meals are always eaten slowly over time. The food is well digested.
. Don’t eat while watching TV or busy. In this way too much food is eaten carelessly.
. Always try to eat food in small plates or containers. It consumes less food.
. Caffeine helps boost the body’s metabolism. So you can drink tea and coffee without sugar.
9. Require moderate amount of sleep every day. Lack of good and adequate sleep leads to hormonal problems in the body which leads to weight gain.
10. It is very important to walk or exercise for some time every day with proper diet, change of eating habits.
