Exercise 1
Lightly press the two corners of the lips with the index finger.
Lift the quarter-inch from the resting position upwards.
Now keep the pressure on the fingers; Press the two corners of the lips against each other against the pressure.
Hold this for 5-10 seconds; Then do it again with a break.
You can follow this process 15-20 times.
Exercise 2
Facial mascara helps greatly in reducing wrinkles and keeping facial skin tight and skin lifting. It also lowers the jump line.
Lightly press the smile line on the face with the tip of the index finger.
Try to smile with your lips apart while holding the pressure of your fingers; Stretch as much as possible, smile.
Hold this for 5-10 seconds. Take a break and start again.
Repeat 15-30 times.
Exercise 3
A smile helps a lot to reduce the smile line, but it has to be done through exercise.
Spread the lips slightly and press the corners of the lips with the index finger and pull towards the back of the face. Not too loud, light but quite formal.
Pull the lips back as far as possible with your fingers, keeping the lips parallel.
Hold for 10 seconds then release, then start again with a break.
In this way you can follow the process 15-30 times.
Exercise 4
Huge smiles but also help to keep the muscles around the face tight and reduce the wrinkles of the smile line. But that smile must be a little different, I’m explaining.
Try to smile by extending the two teeth together as much as possible. Hold this smile for 10 seconds with the highest position.
Do it 15-30 times with breaks.
Exercises to reduce the lines around the eyes
Because the skin around the eyes is much thinner than other parts of the face; The first signs of aging are most noticeable in this part. You can do the following two exercises to reduce wrinkles on this part of the face.
Exercise 1
Keep the mouth very firm and keep the eyes from left to right, from right to left, from top to bottom, and from bottom to top 5-6 times on each side. But not too loud; Moderately.
Exercise 2
Place your thumb in the outer corner of the eye and the rest of the fingers on the forehead to keep the muscles around the eyes tight and reduce fine lines.
Now close your eyes and squeeze a little. At the same time, massage the thumbs with light pressure on the back and top of the face like a massage. Remember; There is no way to massage here.
Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and start again with a break.
You can follow this process 15-20 times.
Exercise to remove forehead wrinkles
Although various studies have shown that; Forehead wrinkles are caused by an unhealthy diet and stress. So it is important to change your lifestyle as well as exercise.
Exercise 1
Place the two little fingers of both hands above the eyebrows of the two eyes and place the rest of the fingers on the forehead and the top of the head.
Now suppose you are very surprised to see something, keep raising and lowering the eyebrows in such away.
This time the forehead should not be folded in any way.
Hold for 10 seconds and start again with a break.
Can do it 5-10 times.
Exercise 2
This is called rubber exercise.
To do this exercise-
First, interlock the fingers of both hands and place them firmly on the forehead just behind the hairline.
Now pull the forehead back a little.
Bring the English ‘O’ shape between the two lips and keep looking down for 10 seconds without moving your face. You can do it 20 times with a break.
