When we think of the Midwest, oftentimes we think of Chicago, Detroit, or even Minneapolis. In recent years Milwaukee has solidified its name In hip hop with many artists gaining national attention. Since, the city was catapulted into the limelight with the hit, “In my Projects,” by local legend, Coo Coo Cal. The city just couldn’t seem to create a wave until more recently it seems.

Among some of the many talented names in the city, Cheedoe is beginning to gain traction by releasing smash single- after single! Cheedoe has always made music but over the years detoured from what he always enjoyed doing. Upon the arrival of 2020, MrOyeah began releasing singles, and videos almost at will.

With the energy that Mroyeah brings, it’s easy to see this is more than just a hobby for the more veteran artists of the city. Cheedoe released music on all platforms and has established his independent record label, (MTR ENT. Llc) more than rap entertainment as the leader of a “New Sound” for the city.
