PHVCT A2888 raised funds for Kantha Bopha Hospital

Kantha Bopha is a Hospital is recognized by the Cambodian people as the largest pediatric hospital in Cambodia, which has saved millions of children from accidents and diseases free of charge.

Kantha Bopha Hospital was rebuilt in the early 90’s under the initiative of its founder Dr Beat Richner, who passed away last year.

Denis Laurent, chief operations officer with Kantha Bopha, expressed his appreciation to the management and members of PHVCT A2888, for raising funds for the hospital.

“The Kantha Bopha Hospital is still following the original vision of Dr Beat Richner by providing free, non-discriminatory treatment for children in Cambodia, providing effective and free treatment,” he said.

Speaking on behalf of the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, Dr. Chan Narith, Head of the Secretariat, expressed his gratitude towards PHVCT A2888.

The public is encouraged to support Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital in its mission to provide free treatment to any children in need.
