The first thing to do is to connect to the website www.platoforms.com. Once the web page is loaded, click on the Login button, after that, click on create account and fill the necessary information to create your account, verify your email address, and to use the free version in your browser. 

Upload the PDF

Click on the Upload (+) option to upload the PDF file you want to edit within the application. You will need to select the file to upload from a folder on your PC. Wait for the file to upload. Once the upload is complete, you will be able to view the contents of the file within the online application.

Enter the editable fields

Once the upload is complete, the next step is to enter the fields to fill out. To do this you will need to click on the Form Field command at the top. 

You will be able to choose between several options. The most frequently used are:
